【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedureformeasuringthehardnessofvulcanizedorthermoplasticrubber.Thehardnessisobtainedbythedifferenceinpenetrationdepthofaspecifieddimensionballundertwoconditionsofcontactwiththerubber:(1)withasmallinitialforceand(2)withamuchlargerfinalforce.Thedifferentialpenetrationistakenataspecifiedtimeandconvertedtoahardnessscalevalue.1.2ThistestmethodistechnicallysimilartoISO48.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
