【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversdeterminationofthefinenessofhydrauliccement,usingtheBlaineair-permeabilityapparatus,intermsofthespecificsurfaceexpressedastotalsurfaceareainsquarecentimetrespergram,orsquaremetresperkilogram,ofcement.Twotestmethodsaregiven:TestMethodAistheReferenceTestMethodusingthemanuallyoperatedstandardBlaineapparatus,whileTestMethodBpermitstheuseofautomatedapparatusthathasinaccordancewiththequalificationrequirementsofthistestmethoddemonstratedacceptableperformance.Althoughthetestmethodmaybe,andhasbeen,usedforthedeterminationofthemeasuresoffinenessofvariousothermaterials,itshouldbeunderstoodthat,ingeneral,relativeratherthanabsolutefinenessvaluesareobtained.1.1.1Thistestmethodisknowntoworkwellforportlandcements.However,theusershouldexercisejudgementindeterminingitssuitabilitywithregardtofinenessmeasurementsofcementswithdensities,orporositiesthatdifferfromthoseassignedtoStandardReferenceMaterialNo.114.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
